Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what a woman can achieve with both the energy and wisdom which comes with growing up. She's an actress, author and health expert. She hosts a talk show and produces it. So it's not surprising that Perpetual Motion can be her moniker. Marilu Henner's whole life is an example of the effectiveness of her health-focused approach. She believes that you can accomplish whatever you want with a healthy body. But it wasn't always that way. As a teenager, she watched as her weight grew. She was a grumpy foodie who was poorly and unwell all the times. As she reached her 50's, and parents of both her had died-her mother due to complications with arthritis and father after a fatal heart attack-she began to realize that she had control over her own life. The focus was not on dieting it was about health and discovering a lifestyle that maximized the way our bodies were meant to work. The improv troupe as well as a sketch troupe is known for its sketches and improvisations.
